Call Detail Records (CDRs): The originating and terminating phone numbers, time, and duration of calls. We do not listen to or store the content of your calls.

Messaging Detail Records: The originating and terminating phone numbers for text/MMS messages, time sent, and message size. We do not read or store the content of your messages.

Location Data: Approximate location of your device based on cell towers.

Internet Data: Data volume transferred, IP address assigned, and connection times.

Payment Information: Billing details, credit card numbers, or other payment account information.

Website and Application Usage Data: Information collected via cookies and similar technologies (e.g., browsing history, search queries, access times).

Definition of Sensitive Data (New Jersey): In compliance with the NJDPA, we treat the following as Sensitive Data, requiring your affirmative consent for processing:

Precise Geolocation Data: Data that identifies the specific location of your device with accuracy within a radius of 1,750 feet (533.4 meters).

Financial Information: Consumer's account number, log-in, financial account, or credit/debit card number, combined with any required security code or password that permits account access.

Other Protected Personal Data: This includes personal data revealing racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health condition/diagnosis, sexual orientation, citizenship/immigration status, status as transgender/non-binary, or genetic/biometric data for unique identification.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To Provide and Manage Services: To establish, provision, maintain, and bill for the Services you request.

To Communicate with You: To send service announcements, billing notices, technical alerts, and respond to inquiries.

To Improve and Develop Services: To understand usage trends, perform analysis, and enhance our Service performance.

Emergency Services (E911): To provide location information to emergency service providers when you dial an emergency number, as required by the FCC and other regulations.

For Legal and Regulatory Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests and legal processes, and enforce our terms and conditions.

For Marketing and Advertising: To offer you new products and services, and tailor advertising to your interests, subject to your consent/opt-out preferences.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following parties:

Service Providers and Business Partners: Third parties who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, billing, network maintenance). These parties are contractually required to protect the information.

Emergency Services: In emergency situations, to facilitate communication with emergency response services (e.g., E911).

Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third 1parties.

Data Security
Etrium Technologies employs reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures designed to protect your personal information, including CPNI, from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no system is 100% secure.

Your Choices and Rights (NJ and Federal Compliance)
As a New Jersey resident and a customer of a telecommunications provider, you have the following rights:

Access, Correction, Deletion, and Portability: You have the right to confirm processing, access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion of your data, and obtain a copy of your data in a portable format.

Opt-Out of Targeted Activities: You have the right to opt-out of the processing of your personal data for Targeted Advertising, the Sale of Personal Data, and certain forms of Profiling.

Universal Opt-Out Mechanism: We will honor an opt-out preference signal sent through a universal opt-out mechanism to exercise your rights under Section 5.B.

Consent for Sensitive Data: We will not process your Sensitive Data (as defined in Section 1.F), including precise geolocation, without first obtaining your clear, affirmative consent.

Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) Rights: Under FCC rules, you have the right to restrict our use and disclosure of your CPNI (e.g., Call Detail Records) for marketing services outside of the category you already subscribe to. We will provide you with a clear notice and opportunity to opt-in or opt-out, as required by law.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Effective Date."
